The first season became one of TV4's most-watched drama series with over 1.4 million viewers per episode. The second season premiered on Christmas Day, and now it is clear that there will be a continuation.
The series follows Iris Boman (Helin), head of the Kalla Fall group in Malmö, who, together with her team, unravels unsolved murders and reveals dramatic life stories.
"I'm so happy that audiences in so many countries are following 'The Truth.' There's so much more to tell about these characters, so I'm looking forward to filming a new season," says Sofia Helin in a press release.
