TV4 buys the rights to the Women's Super League, England's top women's football league, which features several Swedish stars.

Broadcasts begin after New Year's Day on January 10.

"We are very happy to be able to show all matches from the Women's Super League in the coming seasons. The WSL is world-leading and also has plenty of Swedish players," says Johan Cederqvist, sports director at TV4, in a press release.

All league matches will be shown on TV4 Play and TV4.

The first match to be shown will be the meeting between Stina Blackstenius' Arsenal and Fridolina Rolfö's Manchester United on TV4 Play on January 10.

TV4 already has the rights to the Champions League and the 2027 Women's World Cup.
