SVT has had the rights to broadcast biathlon for ten years. Now it is clear that the channel will share them with TV4 from 2030.
"We are of course very happy to welcome both the World Cup and the World Championships back to TV4. Biathlon is one of Sweden's most appreciated sports, which we were particularly impressed by during the Winter Olympics broadcasts on TV4," says Johan Cederqvist, sports director at TV4, in a press release.
The rights apply to both the World Cup and the World Championships and the agreement runs from 2030 to 2034.
