He reveals this himself in one of the latest episodes of "Clarkson's Farm," writes the Daily Mail.

Clarkson is best known as the host of motoring shows like “Top Gear.” However, as of 2021, he has been making the reality series “Clarkson’s Farm - Britain’s Most Unlikely Farmer,” which is about his attempts to be a big-time farmer in the British Cotswolds.

The series is currently being shown on SVT, among other channels.

In the latest two episodes, which have just been released in the UK, he tells his surprised co-workers that he has had part of his prostate removed, according to the BBC.

"I promise I'll be fine," he also says.

The newest episodes were recorded in 2024 and 2025.
