Falafel sauce from TV chef Zeina Mourtada's brand is being recalled because it may contain salmonella, announces the National Food Agency.
The recall applies to Zeina's Falafel Sauce 250 ml with best-before dates of either November 28, December 4, December 23, January 1, January 12, or February 5.
"Salmonella is a health risk and we therefore urge consumers who have purchased an affected product to discard the product and not consume it", writes Zeina in a press release.
