In January, Tunisia's then national team coach Sami Trabelsi was fired and replaced by Sabri Lamouchi.
One match into this summer's World Cup (1-5 loss to Sweden in the group stage), it was time for Lamouchi to leave, and Herve Renard took over the team for the rest of the tournament.
Moine Chaabani has now been presented by Tunisia as the fourth national team coach of the year, and the eighth since 2024.
The contract runs until 2030.
