Prices will rise by 5-10 percent at the turn of the year, depending on the customer and product, the newspaper reports, citing sources.
Discussions have been held with customers about the price increases since June and are now complete.
The report comes after a quarterly earnings report last week that showed unexpectedly strong results and in which TSMC raised its forecast for 2026.
TSMC, a supplier to tech giants such as the US-based Nvidia and Apple, does not want to comment on the newspaper's report.
"Our pricing strategy is strategic, not opportunistic," it writes in a comment.
