Judge Richard Leon, who previously ordered the president to pause the controversial construction until Congress decides on the matter, now says that parts of the construction can continue - but not above ground.
According to the judge, the Trump administration can continue with the construction of a bunker and other "national security facilities" on the site, but not with the planned ballroom.
Trump is furious about the decision and attacks the judge and his decision on Truth Social.
