It will be next month or maybe a little later, says Trump according to the news site Axios.

The statement was made late on March 31, American time.

It is common for American presidents' first trip abroad to go to one of the neighboring countries, Mexico or Canada. Europe is not unusual either, Trump's predecessor Joe Biden traveled to the UK followed by Belgium and Switzerland in June 2021.

But Republican Donald Trump is doing as he did during his first term 2017-2021 and is flying to Saudi Arabia. The conservative kingdom has already been visited by several high-ranking officials within his administration, as talks with representatives from Kyiv and Moscow about the Russian war of aggression in Ukraine have been held there.

Now the president seems to be primarily focused on economic cooperation and investments.

Enormous amounts of jobs will be created as a result of this trip, says Trump.
