In a sea of black-clad guests, Trump stood out in a blue suit. The color choice has been noted on social media, reported among others by The New York Times and The Independent.

Sweden's former Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Carl Bildt (M) writes on X that "a dark suit would not have been wrong" next to a picture showing the president sitting on a bench, alone in blue.

"And not even dark midnight blue, but a clear, sapphire-like blue, with a matching tie. Amidst all the black and cardinal red, it stood out like a sign", writes The New York Times.

The President looked fantastic and statesmanlike together with our fantastic First Lady, who as usual was perfectly dressed for the occasion, responds White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt to a question about the attire, according to The New York Times.
