Neither Russia nor Ukraine have commented on the data, which Trump published on Truth Social.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in an interview this weekend that he is "open" to a similar proposal, but that this is something he would like to discuss with Trump in New York in connection with the UN General Assembly next week.
According to Kyiv Independent, on Ukrainian television he said that in a meeting with Trump he would try to reach an agreement not to attack grain exports and the energy sector.
In his post on Truth Social, Trump writes that "the increase in diesel prices is mainly caused by the war in Ukraine, not Iran."
On Sunday, he urged Ukraine to stop attacking Russian energy facilities because "it is causing fuel shortages."
"We've talked to Zelensky about it, there are many other goals, but don't attack diesel, it hurts the world," Trump said at a press conference in Ireland, according to Irish RTÉ.
Russia imposed restrictions on diesel exports in July to address fuel shortages in the country, caused by Ukrainian attacks on the country's energy facilities.
