"At the strong request of the US military and in the interests of national security," Trump writes that he has agreed to convert the 76-meter-high Arc de Triomphe into some kind of "military complex of the highest class."
The Arc de Triomphe, which is planned to be built at the roundabout next to the Arlington Memorial Bridge in Washington, DC, will, according to Trump, be able to store large quantities of drones for rapid deployment. "As well as snipers on both the roof and on the site in front, and be able to store large quantities of ammunition for snipers."
