Omani Foreign Minister Badr Albusaidi, who previously mediated between the United States and Iran, spoke with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi on Sunday.
According to a statement from Oman's Foreign Ministry, Araghchi expressed "the Iranian side's openness to all serious efforts that contribute to stopping the escalation and returning to stability."
