The meeting between the world's largest economies will be held in Johannesburg in November. Donald Trump will not be present, however. Instead, Vice President JD Vance will participate.
He is a great Vice President, he is looking forward to it, confirmed Trump.
He himself is all the more looking forward to next year's meeting, which he says will be held at his own golf club in Doral on the outskirts of Miami, Florida.
Everyone wants it there, said Trump.
According to Trump, the reason for the meeting to be held at the golf club is that all hotels in Miami are normally fully booked at that time of year.
Every country would have its own building. I think it will be a nice event.
Trump wanted to hold a G7 meeting at the club already during his first term, but backed down after the Democrats accused him of corruption.
We will not make any money from it. I just want it to go well, he says about the G20 meeting.
Trump has also opened the door to inviting Russian President Vladimir Putin and China's Xi Jinping, but only as observers.
But I do not know if they want to come just to observe.
