The administration of USA's President Donald Trump is ordering that all state employees who work specifically with diversity, equality, and inclusion shall be laid off with retained salary.
The federal authorities of the USA shall simultaneously prepare notices of termination, according to a memo from OPM, the authority responsible for personnel matters within the state apparatus. The affected employees will be laid off as early as Wednesday afternoon.
The message follows an order that Trump signed on his first day as president, aimed at dismantling state diversity and inclusion programs.
