Later, Trump writes on his own platform Truth Social:
"After a thorough review of previous connections, I hereby withdraw the nomination of Jared Isaacman as head of NASA."
What is meant by "previous connections" is not specified, but according to a source to The New York Times, it may be about Trump finding out that Isaacman gave money to Democrats.
Isaacman has made several spaceflights for Elon Musk's SpaceX. He has become a dollar billionaire through his payment processing company Shift 4 Payments.
