At least two people have died and 18 were injured in the South Korean city of Bucheon, where a truck plowed into pedestrians at an outdoor market, police and rescue workers said.
Police are currently questioning the truck driver, described as a man in his 60s. He was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, according to Son Byeong-Sam of the Bucheon police.
Bucheon is located near the capital Seoul.
