Bodentravet was scheduled to hold its annual premiere featuring V64 and Dagens Dubbel on Tuesday afternoon.
They announced on their website that the competitions were canceled due to cold weather.
According to the weather forecast, temperatures are expected to be around minus 30 degrees.
"The safety of both people and animals is always most important," racetrack manager David Zimmer told Expressen.
