A man who was released on Monday has been detained by the Court of Appeal, suspected of aiding and abetting the triple murder in Uppsala, reports P4 Uppland. The District Court's decision not to detain the man was appealed by the prosecutor.

It was around 5 pm last Tuesday when the police were alerted about a shooting near Vaksala Square in central Uppsala. Inside a hair salon, three people between 15 and 20 years old were found shot dead.

On Monday, the suspected shooter was detained on probable cause for murder in three cases. Two more people were detained on Monday, both on probable cause suspected of aiding and abetting murder, according to UNT.
