The LO Union Transport and the Employers' Association of Road Transport, which is part of the Transport Companies, have reached a new agreement.
The new transport agreement follows the benchmark set by the industry last week, which means wage increases of 6.4 per cent over two years.
The agreement covers around 4,500 companies and around 55,300 employees in the haulage, towing, terminal and warehouse sectors.
