A problem with the overhead line in Kävlinge caused Friday's train stoppage, which halted all traffic on the West Coast Line at 2:30 p.m.

Traffic was able to resume at 4 p.m., but with resulting delays, according to the Swedish Transport Administration.

There was also a stoppage of trains between Sandviken and Gävle due to a signal fault. These trains have now resumed service.
