Two trains collided in the southern Czech Republic on Thursday morning. Dozens of people are reported to have been injured, most of them lightly.

All passengers were evacuated from the two trains and traffic was stopped. Transport Minister Martin Kupka writes on X that the accident was probably caused by one of the trains running a red light.
