Buses that are supposed to transport the athletes to the arena have been stuck in queues, the Swedish Athletics Federation writes in a message to Swedish media covering the championship.
This has meant that the organisers have had to postpone tonight's final session.
Maja Åskag's triple jump final has been postponed by just over half an hour, and the new start time is 9:15 p.m. Swedish time.
Kajsa Roth's pole vault final starts five minutes later.
