The Dockworkers' Union is postponing the blockade of Israeli military equipment that was to have begun on Tuesday morning, since the Labour Court has announced that there is no basis for giving the union the green light, reports P4 Blekinge.
A new date for the start of the six-day blockade has been set for February 4.
The employer, Swedish Ports, opposed the blockade, which led the union to turn to the Labour Court. The goal was to obtain an interim decision that the blockade is permitted.
Last week, the Labour Court therefore rejected the application, citing that neither party had further developed what consequences the blockade could have.
