The driver was operating a tractor with its rock grab raised and, despite being required to yield, began to drive onto a road where the 15-year-old was riding a moped. The boy rode into the rock grab and was so seriously injured that he died.
The boy's family was awarded damages of 150,000 kronor, and the driver was also given a suspended sentence and a fine for causing death.
