The artist Tomas Andersson Wij is going on a long church tour next year.
The premiere will take place on March 14 in Helga Trefaldighetskyrka in Uppsala and during the year, concerts will follow in, among other places, Visby Cathedral and Katarina Church in Stockholm.
"I suggested a church tour to the record company right after the first album. They said something like: 'Good idea, but it will be even better if you wait a bit, until you're more well-known'. Now I've waited for 27 years", he says in a press release.
Tour plan: 14/3–15/3 Uppsala, 21/3 Finspång, 22/3 Kopparberg, 2/4 Jönköping, 3/4 Gothenburg, 4/4 Falkenberg, 5/4 Varberg, 6/4 Åsarp, 11/4 Malmö, 13/4 Vadstena, 16/4 Enköping, 17/5 Nybro, 14/7 Järvsö, 25/7 Burgsvik, 26/7 Visby, 26/9 Danderyd, 21/11 Stockholm.
