The deal has been going on for a while and on Tuesday everything became official.

"I came down here to Vienna on Sunday and have received a nice reception here in the club, they have a pretty good grasp of me from before and now everything is signed and clear. It will be an exciting experience to play in the Austrian league and continue to develop here in Rapid", says Gulliksen to Djurgården's website.

Gulliksen came to Djurgården in February 2024 and managed in 1.5 seasons to make a decent impression in the Stockholm club. In 70 competitive matches, he scored 13 goals and 17 assists.

He was also named the young player of the season in the Conference League where Djurgården made a success last season and reached all the way to the semifinal before it stopped against the eventual winner Chelsea.

"Tobias Gulliksen has charmed the entire Djurgården family both on and off the pitch during his time here in the association. A big DIF profile and a very skilled football player who has given us many wonderful memories through his fine performances", says Djurgården's sports manager Bosse Andersson.

According to Aftonbladet, the deal is worth around 60 million kronor including bonuses.
