After a duel at the rim in the center zone in the second period, Dahlén left the ice with one arm hanging limp.
Nightmare images for Timrå.
Jonathan Dahlén is second in the SHL in both goals and points, with 24 goals and 39 points.
Very sad. "Dalle" is super important to us. It's very sad to see, said Timrå's Emil Pettersson to TV4 Play.
Later on Saturday evening, Timrå made an initial statement about Dahlén's injury on social media:
"Dahlén left tonight's match due to an upper body injury and will be further evaluated in the coming week," said the club's team doctor Christian Rydin.
The team also lost to Linköping 2–5.
Timrå is just below the quarter-final line and is chasing a top-six spot.
