The five-time Masters winner has not ruled out participating in the major when it is decided at Augusta in just over two weeks.
"I've tried to come back. But it just hasn't happened," Woods said a week ago.
In October the star underwent back surgery for the seventh time, and in March last year he also tore his Achilles tendon.
