Woods' car overturned after he hit another car, authorities said. The accident happened Friday afternoon in West Palm Beach, where Woods lives.
Tiger Woods crashed his car five years ago outside Los Angeles, California, and seriously injured his leg.
Earlier this week, Woods made his competitive comeback after not competing in over a year, playing a match in the TGL indoor league.
In connection with that match, Woods said he did not rule out playing in the year's first major, the Masters, at Augusta National from April 9-12.
"We'll see how it goes. I'll practice and play at home this week and keep trying to make progress," Woods said.
In October, the star underwent back surgery for the seventh time, and in March last year he tore his Achilles tendon.
The American has won 15 major tournaments during his career.
