The board of directors of the software and consulting company Tieto proposes delisting the company's shares from the Oslo Stock Exchange ahead of the annual general meeting on March 24, the company says in a press release.
The board is also considering a delisting from the Stockholm Stock Exchange, the company adds.
The Finnish company is listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange.
