A tidal wave caused the accident in which two police officers were injured at sea off Karlskrona, reports P4 Blekinge .
The accident occurred during a training session on Wednesday. Two police officers were taken to hospital, one with minor injuries and one with serious injuries.
According to a report to the Swedish Work Environment Authority, the boat the police officers were in turned, causing a tidal wave that they ran into.
One police officer hit his head on a pole. The other sustained a slight knee injury.
