Three people are convicted of sabotage against blue light activities after an Allsvenskan football match between AIK and IFK Gothenburg.

In connection with the match in Gothenburg last October, several people disrupted the intervention of police and security guards. A total of eight people were suspected of crimes. Three of them are now convicted of violent resistance, violent rioting and violations of the Act on Flammable and Explosive Goods.

One of them is also sentenced to one year and nine months in prison for assault during a fight on another occasion.

According to the police, football violence has links to both serious crime as well as criminal networks, motorcycle gangs and violent political extremism.
