Olympic qualifier Oliver Ekman-Larsson scored three points for Toronto in last night's NHL game. Winnipeg lost 4–3.

Oliver Ekman-Larsson was instrumental in Toronto turning around a 1–3 deficit in the third period. First, he scored to make it 2–3, and then he set up the equalizer.

In overtime, he assisted on Max Domi's game-winning goal.

Toronto's Swedish star William Nylander was injured again earlier this week, and did not play in tonight's game against Winnipeg.

Toronto coach Craig Berube tells Sportsnet that Nylander “probably” will not play in Monday’s game against Minnesota either. The 29-year-old Swede is also selected for the Olympics, where Tre Kronor will play their opening game on February 11.
