"We don't know where they are. We've looked for them on social media but have found no trace. No one has seen them," says Aurélie, who is 20 years old.
She lives in Lausanne, 1.5 hours from Crans-Montana, but has come here to the bar to try to find out what happened.
She was supposed to be there for New Year's Eve but pulled out at the last minute. One of those friends was her closest friend, whom she had known since childhood.
"This is indescribable. I'm upset, sad, shocked and angry - all emotions at the same time," she says, wiping tears from her eyes.
