The boy was taken out to an archipelago island, where he, according to the Blekinge district court, was subjected to severe assault of "a particularly serious nature" - he was forced to undress and was assaulted with a blunt object. Afterward, he was released in Lyckeby outside Karlskrona and had to make his way home on foot.
A prosecuted 18-year-old is acquitted of the suspicion of having participated in the kidnapping and a 17-year-old who was prosecuted for aiding is also acquitted. Two 17-year-olds who were present at the kidnapping are sentenced to youth care, the court writes in a press release.
