Two men are being prosecuted for raping a drugged woman in an apartment in Kristianstad. According to the prosecution, she was assaulted with a belt – an assault that another man is also being prosecuted for participating in, local media reports.
The woman was forced, according to the prosecution, to take narcotics. The evidence includes films and still images taken by the men, and all three are also being prosecuted for offensive photography.
The three men, 18, 19, and 23 years old, deny having committed a crime against the woman, writes Kristianstadsbladet.
