The three people were arrested on Thursday and Friday on suspicion of starting the fire in an apartment in Helsingborg and of preventing a family with children in the apartment from getting out.
It was on February 9 that the emergency services and police were called to the fire in the apartment. Flammable liquid was allegedly poured down the letterbox and ignited, and the door was also allegedly blocked with a plank.
Five people were in the apartment and had to be rescued by the fire department. Several children were rescued from the balcony.
