Two women in Zaporizhia died after being trapped under the rubble of a house, the regional military administration said. Another Russian attack on the city of Sumy killed two more people, according to local authorities.
About ten people were also reportedly injured in the attacks, which targeted several cities in Ukraine overnight Saturday.
“Civil infrastructure was also damaged: a kindergarten in Kyiv, a gymnasium in the Kyiv region, a university in Kharkiv, as well as energy infrastructure in the Poltava, Mykolaiv and Vinnytsia regions,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote on X.
During the night, three people were also killed and two injured in a Ukrainian drone attack on an industrial facility in Russia.
The attack reportedly occurred in the Krasnodar region in southern Russia, according to local authorities. The regional governor said on Telegram that an attack resulted in fires at two industrial facilities, without giving further details. According to Russian media, an oil refinery was targeted.
