According to police, the suspect is a 21-year-old woman who attacked people with a “dangerous object.” None of those injured are believed to be in a life-threatening condition, and there is currently no indication that the woman knew the victims beforehand.
On Thursday, a janitor was killed at a school in Wyszków, northeast of the Polish capital, Warsaw. A 15-year-old boy was arrested in connection with the killing.
The day before, at least eight people were injured when someone attacked a vocational school in the northern town of Ostrołęka with a sharp object. A 19-year-old man, believed to be a student at the school, was arrested.
