Häcken's Halimatu Ayinde and Faith Chinzimu have been selected for the Nigerian and Malawi national teams respectively. New signing Joy Omewa, who was presented earlier this week, will also play for Nigeria.
Piteå's Sharon Sampson will represent Ghana during the championship. Ghana also has Swedish representation in the form of Kim Björkegren, who is the national team coach.
The African Championships run from July 26 to August 16 in Morocco.
Damallsvenskan restarts on Saturday.
