The deportations are being carried out without the men having been convicted of anything - in line with new rules from the Ministry of Justice and Public Security.
"This means that we have quickly and effectively limited their scope for action in criminal environments and networks in Norway before the investigation against them in Agder is complete and without them being convicted in Norway. It is historic," says Per Juell Larsen, head of the unit for immigration, administration and civil law in Agder police district, in a press release.
A violation of the entry ban is punishable by up to ten years in prison.
