For the fifth straight day, the US military says it has killed alleged drug smugglers on ships.
The military said in a post on X that it carried out a "deadly attack" and that "three male narco-terrorists" were killed during the operation in the eastern Pacific.
The latest attack brings the death toll to at least 177 since the attacks began last fall, according to a tally by the AFP news agency.
