It went relatively well anyway. Always a bit awkward when you've been away for so long, says Ullmark to Expressen.

It's a back injury that has kept Ullmark away from play. He was back in the box as a reserve behind Anton Forsberg last time, but now made his first match since December 22.

I know he's been away for a long time, but it didn't show in his play. He was important for us in the beginning of the match when we weren't on our toes. He kept us in the match, says Ottawa defenseman Nick Jensen to TSN.

Ullmark made 34 saves and Tampa Bay's fourth goal came in an open net when Ottawa was chasing a tie.

Defenseman Victor Hedman will be the captain of Tre Kronor in the Four Nations and he made two assists for his Tampa Bay in the winning match.

Besides Ullmark, Minnesota's Filip Gustavsson and Philadelphia's Samuel Ersson are selected in Tre Kronor's squad for the tournament, which is played in Montreal and Boston on February 13-21.
