A man who was 18 years old at the time is pointed out as the perpetrator and is charged with murder, attempted murder and gross firearms offense.
The other two are in their 20s and are charged primarily for incitement to murder and incitement to attempted murder.
The suspected shooter has admitted, while the others deny the crime, according to the prosecutor.
It was late in the evening on August 12 last year that the victim, a 19-year-old man, was found seriously shot in a car in the Berget district in central Norrköping. He was taken to hospital where he was declared dead.
The person who loses their life is shot in the head. The perpetrator is in the back seat, and when he has shot the driver, he aims the gun at the person in the front passenger seat and tries to fire a shot, but the gun does not work, says prosecutor Michelle Stein.
A suspected perpetrator was later arrested in the night and was remanded in custody. But the investigation showed that the man, who is in his 20s, was actually the one who was subjected to the murder attempt, according to the prosecutor.
The incident is likely linked to gang crime, according to Michelle Stein.
The whole way it has gone shows that it is gang-related.
The trial begins on June 26.
