According to the indictment, the 17-year-old, who is from another part of the country, has confessed.
The instigator behind the murder is unknown and has used the alias "Donald Trump". The person has, according to the indictment, communicated with both the victim, a man in his 20s, and the 17-year-old, and instructed them to go to the pedestrian tunnel.
"The murder, which was preceded by planning with several parties involved, is particularly ruthless considering that one and the same person, the instigator, has lured an unsuspecting plaintiff to the pedestrian tunnel, where he at the same time directed the shooter to carry out the murder", says prosecutor Markus Hankkio according to a press release from the Prosecution Authority.
Termosbomber
The prosecutor tells LT that the motive is believed to be a schism that arose between the victim and the instigator the day before.
It appears from the investigation that the plaintiff believes that he did not receive as many termosbomber delivered as they had agreed on. Then they smooth it over and agree that he will pick up the money at Klockarvägen the next day. Instead, the shooter is waiting who shoots him, he says to the newspaper.
Those who are prosecuted for assistance have, according to the prosecutor, brought the shooter and the instigator together and booked a room in Stockholm for the shooter the night before the murder.
