The man, who was in his 20s, was found dead on Tuesday morning and police have launched a murder investigation.
"We have made an arrest. It is a matter of reasonable suspicion of murder at this time. Tomorrow I will probably decide whether we should request detention," prosecutor Karin Hammar told the newspaper.
