In March, several people were convicted in Södertörn District Court for, among other things, threatening civil servants and burning down a townhouse where a social worker lived.

Now the Court of Appeal has largely upheld the district court's verdict. A man in his 40s has been sentenced to twelve years and six months in prison for multiple counts of aggravated arson and aggravated threats. The man has also been convicted, along with several others, of aggravated arbitrariness involving children.

A 55-year-old man has been sentenced to nine years in prison for aggravated arson and aggravated criminal damage.

Several others have been convicted for their involvement in the case.
