Salam's remarks on Platform X came after a government meeting in Lebanon on Monday. He said the attacks took place between April 17 and June 7.
In addition, Israel has carried out 407 "controlled" demolitions of buildings and six operations involving full-scale demolition, including entire villages, in southern Lebanon.
Lebanon's state news agency NNA reported on Monday that Israeli military forces attacked a vehicle in the city of Tyre in a raid carried out near the Red Cross building.
On Monday, there were also reports of projectiles being fired from Lebanon toward targets in Israel. The projectiles were shot down before they hit their targets.
