Romance in Dalarna, science fiction in Stockholm and comedy in Mallorca – these are three of the highlights among the premieres. Here are this week's films and series.

Psychologist Nisse (Joel Spira) gets fired and flees Stockholm for Dalarna where he can get a job. He soon falls in love with Rebecka (Josefin Asplund), who works in a hardware store. But since this is a rom-com series, there needs to be an obstacle in the way – Rebecka is Nisse's patient who is in couples therapy with her boyfriend Andreas (Björn Elgerd).

Suddenly one day an extraterrestrial being hangs in the air over Sweden. Thus begins the new six-part science fiction series with Evin Ahmad and Fares Fares. She is a mushroom researcher with a solution on her trail, he works closely with the government, which quickly begins to argue about how to respond to the threat. The series will premiere behind a paywall and then come to TV4 on November 13.

Vince Gilligan is the man behind “Breaking Bad” and “Better Call Saul.” So expectations for his new science fiction series are naturally enormous. The premise is unique: everyone will one day be happy and content, except for Carol (Rhea Seehorn), a writer who instead has to save the world from happiness.

Tom (Per Lasson) and Petra (Lisa Linnertorp) are living the Swedish dream in Felix Herngren's new comedy series. They have sold their Ica store and moved to the sun in Mallorca. Despite this, Tom is unhappy, which is only partly due to his brother (Erik "Jerka" Johansson) and his family suddenly moving in with him.

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson plays a dramatic role based on a real person: MMA pioneer Mark Kerr, who makes a career in Japan. His path to success is marked by pain, doping and a complicated relationship with his girlfriend Dawn (Emily Blunt).
